The ground rules for using the Gale Force Intelligence knowledge engine — accounts, acceptable use, citations and where responsibility sits.
1. The service
Gale Force Intelligence is a knowledge engine that answers plain-language questions with passages drawn from the Gale Force Wins video interview archive. Every answer is cited to a speaker, video and timestamp so you can verify it at the source.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
A Free subscription account is available for you to try out the service before committing to a paid subscription. Additional features require an account and a paid subscription (Professional, Expert or Enterprise). Subscription levels, search allowances and history retention windows are described on the pricing section of the homepage. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
Use the engine for lawful research and professional purposes only. Do not scrape the archive at scale, misrepresent cited material, resell access to your account, or attempt to bypass subscription limits or administrator areas.
4. Content and citations
Interview content remains the property of Gale Force Wins and its guests. Answers synthesized by the engine are provided for information only and are not legal, financial, safety or professional advice. Always check the cited video segment before relying on a finding.
5. Proof-of-concept status
This deployment is a wireframe proof of concept. Archive answers, transcripts, metrics and billing flows shown here are mock data; no YouTube API calls are made and no real payments are processed.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gale Force Intelligence, Gale Force Wins and alphazulu AI are not liable for decisions made on the basis of generated answers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
