What the Gale Force Intelligence knowledge engine collects, why it collects it, and the control you keep over your data.
1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, organization, sector), the queries you run and the feedback you leave on answers, and your subscription level. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, answer your queries, retain your search history for the window included in your subscription level, and improve retrieval quality using thumbs up/down feedback. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Query history
Saved queries are kept so you can revisit past questions and results. Retention windows depend on your subscription level (for example, up to 180 days on Enterprise). You can clear individual entries from the Ask page at any time.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, authentication, payment processing) and only as needed to deliver the service. Interview footage remains on the secured Gale Force Wins YouTube channel and is governed by YouTube's own policies.
5. Security
Access to your account is protected by authenticated sessions, and administrative areas sit behind additional server-side gates. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your choices
You may update your account details, change your subscription level, or request deletion of your account and associated query history by contacting the team.
7. Proof-of-concept status
This deployment is a wireframe proof of concept. Data shown in the archive, analytics and billing flows is mock data; no real payments are processed.
