Gale Force Wins interview sessions across industry, education and public safety
About us

We record the people who actually run things — then make their experience searchable.

Gale Force Wins is a long-running interview project. Our team owns and operates the channel, sitting down with top-level managers and senior leaders in the resource industry, private industry, college and trades education, law enforcement and defence. Gale Force Intelligence is the knowledge engine we built on top of that archive so the lessons inside it do not stay buried in hours of video.

Our mission

Hard-won policy, strategic, tactical and operational knowledge/judgement are woven into the training and development of an organization's personnel. But just as important are the conversations we have with our colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other industry experts. We record those conversations, keep them honest, and make them answerable: every interview transcribed, time-aligned and indexed, so a first-year foreman can ask the same question a thirty-year mine manager already answered on camera.

On the record only

Every answer traces back to something a named leader actually said on camera. If the archive is silent, the engine says so.

Operators, not theorists

The people we interview run Government ministries/departments, corporations, crews, plants, campuses, detachments and units. The advice comes from consequences, not slideware.

Verifiable in one click

Speaker, video and timestamp travel with each finding, so you can watch the moment for yourself.

Built for working people

Plain-language questions, fast answers, no research training required.

The team behind it

A small group split across three jobs: capturing the interviews, protecting the record, and building the engine.

This build is a proof of concept: the interviews are real work, but the answers, metrics and transcripts shown in the app are mock data used to demonstrate the experience.
